Changing O365 UPNs on a larger scale is not trivial. You have to pay attention to attached systems like OneDrive 4B and Skype 4B and if you want to spare your users some pain, you also have to do some work on the client machines.
So organizations are now a thing in #VSTS ? I think on the roadmap it still shows Q4? @tfsbuck
